Tuckers Hall is 540 Years Old!

Records show that on the 8th October 1471, William and Cecilia Bowden granted to the Wardens of the Guild of Weavers Fullers and Shearmen the land and money to build a chapel especially for their use for religious worship and as a meeting place.

540 years on, you can visit what is now called Tuckers Hall and witness much of the change that has taken place since then.

On the 8th October this year,  the Hall will be open from 10.30am until 1pm, with talks at 11am and 12.00 noon.
